The Challenge: Complex Compliance & Expiry Management
Managing electrical safety gear comes with strict compliance requirements. Products like insulating gloves have expiry dates and require regular re-testing. Tracking certifications, managing stock, delivering technical information to customers, and maintaining audit-ready records manually was becoming increasingly difficult and risky.
eVehicle Safe needed a modern digital solution that could help both their internal team and their customers (workshops and technicians) stay compliant and safe.
The Solution: Custom Mobile App + Integrated Backend
BinaryQuest developed the official eVS Mobile App (available on Google Play) along with a powerful backend system. The solution enables easy tracking of product certifications, expiry dates, technical specifications, and compliance records while integrating with inventory and customer management systems.
The app has made safety compliance much easier for our customers and improved our internal efficiency significantly.
